Muzik (muzik.hogmob.com) lets fans buy Sevin's music, stream it, and save it to their devices for offline listening. By creating an account or using Muzik you agree to these terms.
When you buy an album (on Muzik, on hogmob.com, or by redeeming an access code), you get a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to stream it and keep offline copies on your own devices through Muzik. You do not own the recordings, and the license does not allow you to:
Your purchases do not expire. Offline copies stay on your device until you remove them, even when you sign out. A refund removes the matching album from your account.
Payments are handled by the hogmob.com store, and its refund policy applies. Access codes can carry limits (number of uses, expiry date) and are honored as issued.
Do not abuse Muzik: no attempts to break in, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service or with other listeners. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, and a closed account for violations is not entitled to a refund.
Muzik is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your music playable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. To the fullest extent the law allows, HogMob's total liability for any claim related to Muzik is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, the date above will change and the new version will be posted here. Continuing to use Muzik after a change means you accept the updated terms.
