Thank you for joining Muzik. Your purchased music lives here now. If you have any questions or run into a technical issue, click here and we'll take care of you.
Sign in with your hogmob.com email and password. Any digital music that you purchased there unlocks here automatically on Muzik.
No. Muzik is a web app that runs in your device's web browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Samsung Internet), so there is no app to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For the best experience, add Muzik to your home screen and it works just like an app.
Installing Muzik lets it run like a normal app and keeps your downloaded music safe. On iPhone and iPad this step is required for offline play.
iPhone & iPad (Safari): tap the Share button, choose “Add to Home Screen,” then Add. Open Muzik from your home screen.
Android phone or tablet (Chrome): tap the ⋮ menu at the top right, choose “Install app” (or “Add to Home screen”), then Install. An “Install app” banner also pops up at the bottom of the screen sometimes, and tapping that works too.
Android (Samsung Internet): open the menu, choose “Add page to,” then “Home screen.”
Mac (Safari): open the File menu and choose “Add to Dock.”
Windows or desktop (Chrome / Edge): click the install icon in the address bar. No icon? Open the ⋮ menu: in recent Chrome it is under “Cast, save, and share” → “Install page as app”; in Edge it is under “Apps” → “Install this site as an app.”
Once installed, Muzik opens from your home screen like a normal app and plays your saved music offline.
You can sign into your Muzik account on more than one device but you cannot play music from more than 1 device at a time. The newest signed in device will take over and kick out the other logged in device(s).
Open it from your library and tap the “Listen” button. If you own it, it plays right away. If not, you can unlock it by purchasing it on hogmob.com or entering an access code.
First, save Muzik to your device by installing it (see “How do I install Muzik as a web app?” below). Then open an album and tap “Save all songs to device.” Your downloaded music plays with no internet and stays until you remove it.
Downloads are stored ONLY inside the Muzik app. They are not files in your camera roll, your Files app or your Downloads folder, and they cannot be copied out or played in another music app.
On iPhone and iPad this step is required: saved music can be cleared if Muzik is only open in a Safari tab instead of installed to your home screen.
No install icon in the address bar? You can almost always install from the browser menu instead:
Chrome (desktop): open the ⋮ menu at the top right, then “Cast, save, and share” → “Install page as app.” Edge: ⋮ menu → “Apps” → “Install this site as an app.”
Android (Chrome): open the ⋮ menu and choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen.” In Samsung Internet: menu → “Add page to” → “Home screen.”
Mac (Safari): use the File menu → “Add to Dock” (macOS Sonoma or newer).
iPhone & iPad: there is no install icon. Always use the Share button, then “Add to Home Screen.”
Firefox on desktop can’t install web apps. Open Muzik in Chrome or Edge instead.
If Muzik is already installed, the icon disappears. You’re all set. Chrome may also wait until you’ve clicked around a little before offering it, so reload and try again.
Enter it on an album’s unlock screen, or add it anytime from your account.
Apple TV & AirPlay: tap the AirPlay icon in the player and pick your TV or speaker. You can also swipe into Control Center on your iPhone or iPad and route your audio from there, or use the sound icon in the Mac menu bar. The song title and album art show up on the screen.
Bluetooth TVs, soundbars & speakers: pair your phone or computer to them like normal. Muzik plays through whatever it is connected to.
Chromecast: from Chrome on a computer or Android device, open the ⋮ menu, choose Cast, and pick your TV.
Roku: use your phone's screen mirroring feature to send Muzik to the TV.
Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.
If you have a hogmob.com account, Muzik does not have a separate password. Sign in with the same one you use on hogmob.com. Changing it on either site changes it on both, so use the newest one. Still stuck? Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we’ll email you a reset link.
Nothing has ever been registered here or on hogmob.com with that address. Check for a typo first. If you bought music under a different email, that is the one to sign in with. Otherwise tap Sign up and create an account.
You already have an account, so there is nothing to create. Go to Sign in instead. If the message mentions hogmob.com, use your hogmob.com password. Anything you bought there unlocks as soon as you are in.
This is maintenance upkeep on our end, not a problem with your account. Wait a few minutes and try again.
Too many sign-in tries in a short window. It is a protection against password guessing and nothing is locked permanently. Wait about fifteen minutes, or reset your password in the meantime.
New purchases unlock when you open Muzik, not the instant you pay. If it is not showing, open your account page and it will check the store again right then.
If you bought under a different email than the one you signed in with, message us below and we’ll move it across.
You own it, it is just not out yet. Pre-orders unlock on release day and the album page shows the date. Nothing more to do.
Only one device can play at a time. Signing in somewhere new takes over and the older one stops. Tap “Play here instead” to take it back. Music you already saved to a device stays saved either way.
Reset links last one hour and work once. Request a fresh one from “Forgot password?” and use the newest email, since older links stop working as soon as a new one is sent. Also check your email app did not break the link across two lines.
Your device is out of room. Free some up, or switch the album to Standard, which is a fraction of the size of Studio Quality. On iPhone and iPad, saving also needs Muzik installed to your home screen. Tap retry once there is room and tracks that already saved will not download again.
Signing in, redeeming a code, resetting a password and saving music all need the internet. Music you already saved plays with no connection at all.

Sign in with your Muzik or hogmob.com account. Any digital music purchased on hogmob.com unlocks here automatically.
Small enough for any device, with room to spare. The safe default.
Muzik was opened on another device. Only one session can be active at a time.
This cannot be undone. Your Muzik account, your access to your albums here, and your listening history will be removed, and you will be signed out everywhere.
Your hogmob.com account and everything you bought there will not be touched. Your orders, your purchase history and your store login all stay exactly as they are.
Music you already saved to this device stays on it until you remove it.
You can sign back in anytime with your email and password. Any music you downloaded to this device will not be deleted.
To access your purchased music with no internet connection, first save Muzik to your device by adding it to your home screen (phone or tablet) or install it (computer) then open an album and download it. THIS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL DEVICES to listen offline.
For iPhones & iPads, downloaded music is cleared from your device after 1 week if you do not do this step.
